Hi. How do you set printing options up?? Software: Sparkbooth (last version) for Windows 10. Printer: DNP RX1HS. I've always used all this with no issues, but lately the margins come out pretty bad and impossible to correct with the pad ⬇️⬇️

    OK lets start with you doing a FULL printout
    using the TEST button in the Printings settings
    NOTE turn off 2x6 cutting to get a full 4X6 print
    and scan/take photo of the printed TEST print and
    attach and we can help you set the Pad Margins

    Try setting the margins to top = 0, left = 0, right = 10, bottom = 12 and
    then do another test print.

    Can you export the .sbl file, Zip it and attach it.

    This might be easier from the support site thread this is posting to:

    Also can you try the layout with setting the margins to top = 0, left = 0,
    right = 8, bottom = 10

    You want auto rotate, scaling, and centering enabled.

    I think you just need to tweak the margins, but note that your printer is
    setup for landscape printing but the layout is portrait. So the layout is
    being automatically rotated, so what you might think is the top margin is
    actually the right. Just keep decreasing the right and top margins to
    decrease the whitespace (see attached)
