Credit Card, not Pay Pal

Hello!

I have tried twice to pay for a personal subscription/purchase of Sparkbooth and the payment screens continue to run me in circles from the credit card option back to the Pay Pal option after I have entered all the credit card information and clicked on the "Pay" button. I still have not received an email with an authentication code and now feel like there must be a glitch, so I am unwilling to continue to input my credit card information. Can someone please help me by email or phone? Thanks!

    Do you have a transaction id? PayPal would have sent a receipt email with
    the id.

    I checked PayPal and do not see any completed payments under your email
    address. So I sent you an invoice for a Personal license, you can try
    paying.

    Hi Heidi just a reminder if your purchasing the personal license this license can not be use for business if this occurs your installation (license) will be deactivated as a violation of the purchase agreement without a refund if your intention is for business we suggest you purchase a premium license that have tons more feature than the personal version.

    Hi Jorge,

    I am purchasing this for one time, personal use at our daughter's wedding,
    so no worries. I am not going commercial with it.

    OK thanks that was just a friendly reminder we get lots of people who don't read the purchasing agreement and use the personal license for commercial use and from all of us at spark booth congratulation on your daughters wedding.

    No problem. I understand the need to proactively protect your business
    assets.

    I still need some help, however. Attached is a snap of the payment page I
    receive each time I try to pay either directly from the Sparkbooth website
    and even after using the link that John send me yesterday. It appears as
    if the Sparkbooth payment system will not allow me to pay with my credit
    card because it "sees" an old PayPal account my husband set up. We do not
    have the information to use that old account. and I would like to pay with
    the credit card instead.

    Sorry, have you tried contacting PayPal for that? There is nothing I can do
    on my end to change the way PayPal works.

    SUGGESTION: you can create a NEW PayPal account...
    use your credit card and that should work.
