I just updated my sparkbooth and now it's not recognizing my camera when it's plugged in. I'm not sure if it's due to the update but it wasn't happening before. I've powered both the computer and camera down and still no change. Any suggestions?

Did you open the camera settings by pressing ctrl-3 and select the camera
    in the camera list?

I pressed ctrl-3 and when I went to the camera settings to select the camera it was an option on the list and the screen still said no camera connected and prompted me to press ctrl-3 again.

Can you send your log by holding down shift-ctrl-9 from Sparkbooth's main

According to your log you have 5.0.156 previously installed. Since you said
that the problem happened after the update, try reverting to that previous
install. You can download 5.0.156 from

Guys just a reminder to all just because there's an update available it does not mean you need to update read the update and if it's something you need or there fixing a bug then update.

After you install 5.0.156, let me know if that fixes the problem

Does the camera work in other applications? (Skype, Movie Maker etc...)
