Sparkbooth Questions →

I noticed that Sparkbooth has strange behaviour in kiosk or gallery mode when prompts are on. For example, if I have chosen to collect only name data for my client, and the guest chooses to share by email, the prompt screen will show TWO fields: Name and Email. What is worse, is that after filling out the prompt screen, the guest will get the email sharing screen, and have to enter his email AGAIN! Not good at all. This same problem happens for SMS, except the phone number field appears.
The process is ok if I share right after the picture is taken. In that case, the prompt screen only requests the Name field, and the sharing screen captures the email or phone number. Unfortunately, my client needs a kiosk, and this bug means that Sparkbooth will not be acceptable for them. Gallery and kiosk mode needs to be fixed so that the email or sms field doesn't show up on the prompt screen unless I have chosen for it to appear.
