School district laptop was lost with this software on it. The license was paid for and we have the email with the information and license file for Sparkbooth personal. Can I install the software on the teachers new laptop and use the license file or does it need to be deactivated on the old one? Thanks

If you still have the computer, you can deactivate the install. See
    http://help.sparkbooth.com/kb/activating-and-licensing/deactivate-install

If you do not, you can just reuse the license to activate another install.
    See
    http://help.sparkbooth.com/kb/activating-and-licensing/re-installing-and-activating-sparkbooth

Also note you do not lose activations, since you can reset them when you
    use them up. See
