I have had sparkbooth for many years the older version. I've only had one problem with that version I believe it's because of my computer. When I adjust the camera to wider the video gets choppy. I would like to upgrade to the new version. I was wondering what computer specs I would need to run the video and it would not be choppy. I used Logitech 920 webcam. I'm looking at buying a new computer and this would be very helpful so that I can get the right one to run my video well. Can you call email to [email blocked] also thanks.

Thank you,

Does your computer meet the minimum specs?
System Requirements: Windows (XP or later) or Mac OS 10.7 or later, Webcam, 4GB or more RAM, and i3 processor or better (2.0 Ghz or faster) recommended.

If not, upgrading will not solve your issue.

Could you answer one question for me. On the pad margins is there a page that explains those? Its very hard to adjust the photos to make the edges exactly the same.

    Thank you,

    Read here...

Best way and easiest is to set all margins to 0 and
do a TEST print in Printing Settings
and scan/cell photo the print out and attach it here
and John can give you margin settings to do another TEST
you may need to do this a few times but John can
get it done in less prints than anyone else.
