Can you be give more details/information?

Once you have the Settings configured,
they do not change unless you make the changes.

Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/452023522018-05-01T15:02:46Z2018-05-01T15:02:46ZReset session settings

I shall try to explain a simple situation:
First client for my automated photo booth is a child who wants to play and choose ASIA background for his photos, and he walks away happy with his product. The second one is a student in a hurry who wants a photo for an ID, which must have a transparent background, but the program shows the ASIA background, and the client must circle trough all those backgrounds until he finds the transparent one. How can the program be set to show first of all the transparent background without taking into account last option of the previous client?
thank you

victorststag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/452023522018-05-01T15:37:55Z2018-05-01T15:37:55ZReset session settings

OK... NOW is understand
You need to make sure that
the FIRST background in your selection
is the Transparent (which I am sure you mean blank white)
and the other choice(s) [Asia, Mountains, etc]
are in the same group you have created*

And NO other groups have a Heart (RED) as a favorite

Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/452023522018-05-01T15:44:24Z2018-05-01T15:44:24ZReset session settings

I am sure you would be able to do it
and if you have Skype, I can show you how.

I use Skype to help our users and we can talk
and I can share my screen and show you how it is all set up.

Skype is free to use computer to computer
www.skype.com and all you need to do is send
a Contact Request in Skype to my Skype email
ccuvideo@gmail.com and we can connect.

Much faster and easier than typing back and forth here
and I do this for SB users around the world helping
with How To's and creating layouts...

Let me know if this works for you
other users I have helped can pop in to confirm
that Skype is the best way to learn
