I use Sparkbooth on two different computers. All of a sudden the log stopped working on one of them. As you know this is a great way to find pictures for people after the fact when they didn't get them.

Any idea on how to make the log "log" again?

Thanks!
Joe

What log are you referring to?

Are you referring to the sparkbooth-upload.txt file that logs the results
    of uploads?

No...it is the one in the sparkbooth folder that is actually just named
"log.txt". I see the one you are talking about as well.

Not sure what log file you are referring to...
Can you send a Support Request that will have
all the information we need to review your set up
and be able to give advise...

From the main screen in Sparkbooth (where you do photo sessions)
Hold down the Ctrl + Shift + 9 keys all at the same time and
a new window will open with the Support Request form.
Type in the box the name or description of the log file
you are wanting to be available.

I do not remember that file. If you enable any of the prompts (go to
Settings > Prompts), it will log to the prompts.txt file. Maybe that is the
    file you are looking for?
