The light its right on top of
the monitor. I always keep 4ft distance from the backdrop. The pic I
attached its not the worse that I have because that time I had good
lighting since i was set up next to a window and good extra lighting was
coming from outside. but if I'm inside and lights off I start getting pics
that are not with good lighting. I was told to change the exposure
compensation within the Photo Booth software.

Go Dj Productionstag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/446915382018-02-12T19:53:34Z2018-02-12T19:53:34Zexposure compensation

You have an Open booth that would need more light than
the small LCD light that you are using.

This has nothing to do with the photo booth software.
The camera captures the photos and sends them to the software
to be placed into the layout you have set up in the software...
then the finished layout image is sent to the printer
to be printed or saved to be uploaded to social media or email.

Also, in the example image of your booth set up,
there is a light in the back right that will effect
your camera to close the iris due to light coming into the camera...
never have lights in front of your camera.

Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/446915382018-02-13T01:08:55Z2018-02-13T01:08:55Zexposure compensation

OMG with this dingy light source you will never get a great picture one problem its an LED those type of light cast a blue tint light and believe me like Joe said that's not enough light for an open booth. here is a sample of my open booth and my results.

Jorge Olivatag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/446915382018-02-13T01:35:22Z2018-02-13T01:35:22Zexposure compensation

Jonatan to properly check your exposure setting we need for you to open spark booth on the main screen press Ctrl shift 9 key at the same time this will open a support request write exposure problem in the box and press send. this will send us a log with your settings and exposure

Jorge Oliva
