green screen
When using green screen, the effect worked in the background, my problem is the person in the picture covered most of the screen. Can you do green screen in a 4'x5' booth or is it only possible in a larger area using no booth?

maybe that's because the person was to close to the camera and it covered the background. have them stand a little farther back from the camera.

The only way to show more screen is to change the distance between the camera and the subject (unless you already have your camera zoomed in)
The best way I have seen it implemented is with an open set-up & backdrop.

My wife and I are going to be in Las Vegas, on Monday and Tuesday of the Photo Booth Expo. I saw that you are going to have a booth at the show. We are actually coming home from visiting our kids in San Francisco and have a stop over in Vegas. I was wondering if you have any exhibit passes for the show and if so if we could have one.
thank you,
John O'Meara

We will not have a booth at the Expo but
we are a Sponsor and we will be there.
We do not have any passes available.
If you are not going to attend the Presentations Seminars...
you can get a Exhibits Only Pass.

Joe,
I'm trying to e-mail pictures and when I try a message says I need to configure. When I go to premium
I'm logged in with mailchimp. Email format I put on html is that correct? When I go to send to an account, mailchimp is not mentioned. Any help would be appreciated.
thanks,
John O'Meara

Can you hold down ctrl-shift-9 on the main screen to send your log?
Support Staff 9 Posted by John Wu on 07 Apr, 2018 02:37 PM
Thanks. I see the log and system information.
So it sounds like you want to email photos to your guests? If that is the
case, Mailchimp does not do that. Mailchimp is a mailing list service. It
just submits your guest's email address to your Mailchimp mailing lists.
You still need to enable emailing or prompt for the email address under
prompts for this.
If you wan to email photos, go to Settings > Send to Guest > enable
"Email". Here are instructions on how to do that

Go to Settings > Saving > then check the where you selected the save
folder. If you have the subfolder per day enabled, look for the subfolder
within matching the date of the event.
