The software was designed to print to the normal photo booth style printed 2 strips that are from 4 X 6 paper and cut to two strips.
You are using a paper size ( 8.5 X 11 ) that is not one in the list to be used and the largest size is 8 X 10 when you create a NEW layout.

I have helped 1,000's of SB users around the world by Skype where we can talk and I can share my screen. When you are home get Skype ( www.skype.com ) it is a free computer to computer program people use every day to keep in touch with family and friends. My Skype user name is ccuvideo we can connect and I can help you with this and make for better learning that you can pass on to the students.
...I may even be able to create a layout in a special size of 8.5 X 11 that your paper can use...

your existing license key.

I will go and reset the paper size on the printer preferences and
hopefully, that may correct the issue. I was only using regular
letter-sized printer paper to test the program. Let me see and play around
with this for a little bit and get back to you -

Thanks again!

Patricia Rosendaletag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/441865962017-12-01T19:29:54Z2017-12-01T19:29:54ZOlder laptop

Does your printer have the option for 4X6? I assume most schools use laser printers which don't usually have that option.....but this may be your personal printer.

Rob (ZCZ)
