Just updated our software and WOW! Lost the old photo layouts that we use all the time.
The old 1x3 Top, 4x6, Landscape now has much smaller photos and larger space for artwork.
Is there any way to get some of the old photo layouts prior to the lastest update?

Help!

The above photo is the OLD layout. Seems the new layout is half the size of photos

Not sure what you are trying to tell us...?
The layouts have always been 1800px Wide X 1200px High
for the landscape layout you are using and the Photo boxes
that you used are SQUARE and there is no more room to make them any larger.

Are you saying that before your photo boxes were wider?
If so, I suspect you created a layout using the WIDE photo boxes...

PLEASE explain what you are saying

Can you send us a Support Request
from the main Sparkbooth screen where you do sessions
hold down the Ctrl+Shift+9 keys all at the same time
to open the Support Ticket that you need to send us and
it will show us more information so we can help you.

You have wide screen photo size selected. Your old layout is a square
photo. Go to Settings > Premium > General > Photo Size and select Square

    Just as I suspected...
you created a layout using the WIDE photo boxes
one the you attached (without any graphics is using
Square photo boxes and the one with the graphic has Wide photo boxes

If you want the photo space 2x2, 2x2, 2x2.bottom for artwork was 6x2
then you need to Use the Square photo box layouts.
    see attached

Forget the Support Request... just do what we (John and I)
just replied with what you need to do...
Use the correct Photo Box Layouts for Square photos.
