error when i got the latest version

hi everybody
i updated right now to the 3.4.26 version and when the download finished a message appeared:
There was an error downloading the update. Error# 16824

does anyone know ehat happened?

   file to install.

   well, i dont know whats happening
   look, 4 or 5 days ago i updated my software to the 3.4.25 version. i even came to here to ask about the updates...

   i tried to update today to the newest version, the 3.4.26 one.. and that problem occuried

   i tried to do what you said and it didnt work..,. when i run the program it says that i already have the program updated (to the 3.4.25 version), and it ask if i want to run the program.. i run it, it open, and i go to the check for update, it find the 3.4.26 but the same erros happens..

   well. my english is not the best one, i hope you got everything
