... John, I am sure Tim has done that ...
Well you posted to Public and I will give my opinion first...
It's not a perfect world, assuming you are using a dyesub
printer
that has a roll of paper that is rolling out prints and
there is no way to have every print cut Exactly the same.
The roll does shift back and forth (side to side)
They can run off slightly from print to print / cut to cut.

NOW: as SB Support... 2 ways to help keep the prints
to not be noticed as being different (hide the white edge)
1) Only use a White background in your layouts (- * -)
[yes, I too do not like that choice....]
2) Create your layout from scratch in the Layout Editor
and select the size 6 X 4 DNP that uses 1240w X
1844h
(with a slight bleed over) You will ALSO need
to
use a larger size background image to fit your background.
... I have not actually tried this but I do think it may do the
job

I hope that covers a possible fix

are not tight or you have to clean the rubber rollers with an
alcohol swap crud buildup on the robber roller can cause the paper
to slip a little on the spool issue when you load the roll od paper
you have to make sure its very tight against the roller I use a RX1
and if you check there website under trouble shooting you see that
this can happen. also once in a while you need to clean the print
heads with alcohol swaps.

Jorge Olivatag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/417344032017-01-14T04:43:07Z2017-01-14T04:43:07Zthe alignment on the 2x6 print

Thank you so much I appreciate it and yes I did try what John
