I had a problem on one PC
when I plugged in a device but it was a USB3 port and I hadn't
loaded the USB3 drivers.

Rob (ZCZ)tag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/408565602016-09-28T15:13:03Z2016-09-28T15:13:04ZPC won't boot with camera plugged in

Yes, I've tried every usb port, front and back. I tried the c920
in an Asua laptop and it boots fine with it plugged in. I also
replaced the c920 with a c525 on the Sparkbooth PC and that also
boots fine.

Did you download the latest/current c920 drivers
from the Logitech web site and try that.
I use an HP w/Win 7 and have no problems.

Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/408565602016-09-28T15:22:29Z2016-09-28T15:22:29ZPC won't boot with camera plugged in

I did - in fact, I thought that was maybe part of the problem,
so I tried it on my laptop with both the generic Windows drivers
and the latest Logitech drivers. I also tried connecting through an
unpowered usb hub.
As I mentioned, the pc gets hung up before I even get to the
"Starting Windows" screen, so I wonder if it's a BIOS issue.

BIOS update via USB stick:

Looks like they had a BIOS update from 2015
