I suggest that you Open the software and
click the Unlock button and use the License key
and email to unlock it that was in the email
sent to you when you made the purchase.

If you need to have your License information
sent to you again... click the Help tab on the web site
and select the Recover license ...

You just need to put the computer online so it can validate the license
key. It does that every time you update the software.

Yes it can work I W10 but there are a few issues
