Printer issue
I have a Canon Selphy Cp800 that is not connecting with Sparkbooth. The printer is completely installed and works. Any suggestions?

Is the Selphy set as the default printer? Do you have SB set up with auto-print?

Yes, that was the problem. Another question, is there a way to make sparkbooth work without a keyboard. Meaning, installing a botton or using a touch screen?
Thanks.

You can do both. Touchscreen is the modern preferred method if your setup is friendly for that. There is a "space bar replacement" FAQ here

Dear Sparkbooth,
I purchased the software about 3 months ago and I can't get the program to
start by touching the screen instead of the space bar. Any suggestions? I
looked over your website and all I saw was to change the text on the
screen. Is there a way I can update my software or do I need to purchase
the new version?
Thank you.

Do all your other touchscreen programs operate properly? Have you looked at the touchscreen setup page in the SB tools?

Hello,
Is there a way to adjust the resolution of the preview window in
SparkBooth? The image is very pixilated. We did get the beta3 version to
work with a Canon camera and photos are printing.

Another question, has anyone had an issue of the pictures being a little pixilated? I know I'm using the beta3 version but I expected higher quality pictures with using my Canon camera.
Thank you in advance for your advice.
