customer issues/questions are handled asap in these forums. If you
need to speak to someone on a specific issue you can set up a Skype
video chat with the main man Joe (he'll chime in here soon)<br>
I have found that 95% of the issues people have are addressed in
the <a href="http://help.sparkbooth.com/kb">Knowledge Base</a> and
