check to see if you had the option for 'save individual photo's
checked. You would still get the strips saved even if it was
unchecked, and it'll show you here exactly where they "should be"
(note, your directory may be different from the one in my
picture)<br>
If they don't show up in the directory where Sparkbooth saved
them....we have a problem.</p></div>Rob (ZCZ)tag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/374963972015-07-28T13:36:35Z2015-07-28T13:38:23ZAll my pictures and albums from the photo booth dissappeared<div><p>As Rob stated, if you checked the Save Individual photos box<br>
they should be on your computer. If that box is not checked<br>
there will be no single photos... but the full layout (strips)<br>
are saved in the folder selected next to Layout Photos.</p>
<p>I suggest you do a search on your computer for files named<br>
with the partial Date information (year_month_date) because<br>
the file names will look like this 2015_06_11_190901 which is<br>
Year_ Month_ Date_Time for the full layout photos.</p>
<p>The single photos will be similar with the added <em>0 / <em>1 /
_2<br>
2015_06_11_190901_0.jpg. (first photo)<br>
2015</em>06_11_190901</em>1.jpg. (second photo)<br>
2015_06_11_190901_2.jpg. (third photo) ...etc</p>
<p>You should find your photos. If you need help doing this,<br>
let me know and if you have Skype, call me ccuvideo<br>
I can share my screen and show you how</p>

individual photos. But I do know that after each event I was able
to view the albums in the Spark booth software/app. When I open
Spark booth now, all my photos and layout are gone. I've searched
for the photos, ran two different retrieval softwares, and restored
my computer back to when I know the pictures still existed and
nothing worked. I am using a laptop solely for running Spark booth
and there's is no other use for this device. I have no idea how all
the photos and layouts I've used are no longer there. I'm really
hoping there's a way to find the photos.</p></div>Kristytag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/374963972015-07-28T15:35:57Z2015-07-28T15:35:57ZAll my pictures and albums from the photo booth dissappeared<div><p>Just in case a directory got inadvertently moved (:::shrug::: it
happens), you could have a free program like <a href="https://picasa.google.com/">Picasa</a> to do a complete search of
your computer for image files.....EVERYTHING turns up that is on
your C: drive.</p>
<p>Just another question: do you have multiple logins on this
laptop?</p></div>Rob (ZCZ)tag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/374963972015-07-28T16:41:58Z2015-07-28T16:42:00ZAll my pictures and albums from the photo booth dissappeared<div><p>There's only one login on my laptop. I'll give Picasa a shot and
hope that it works. I don't know what else to do. Thanks for the
help. <em>crossing fingers</em> Hope this will do the trick.</p></div>Kristy
