I did locate license key. Can you help me. My computer crashed
and had to
be restored to factory setting. I have a data recovery program to
locate
missing files.

Is there an easier way to recover sparkbooth files that may
been
accidentially deleted? If not, how were the files saved in the
photo
gallery?

Thank you
and then
use your license key.

Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/365714002015-04-15T04:44:35Z2015-04-15T04:44:36ZCan not access account

Hello

I did re download and use license key; however the gallery is no
longer
there. Do I need to download a later version or how else do I
recover
photos?

Dorethia Garlandtag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/365714002015-04-15T04:51:09Z2015-04-15T04:51:09ZCan not access account

The photos were originally save in C;//my documents/Sparkbooth
unless you changed it in the settings. If you reformatted your hard
drive and cleared (deleted) all the files, you will no longer have
the photos. I can say at the end of every event we do I save all
the images to a disk or flash drive... that way even if the
computer goes belly up, I will still have the files.

Joe Connell
