hello why this layout has two versions (2 x 2 top, 4 x 6 portrait) and another much like almost the same media I'm confused (2 x 2 top 10 cm x 14.8 cm portrait) the difference of the two layouts

The metric one is for A6 size paper. If you describe your height in centimeters and weight in kilograms then this is the paper for you.

hello I would like to inform you that the size (2 x 2 top 10 cm x 14.8 cm portrait) was perfect for my printer I would like to know how to do layouts for other measures such as the TES program are cutting margins in the printer
