how do I get spark booth to work?

I have installed "Sparkbooth" software on my computer (Windows 7). I have also installed a Logitech Pro 9000 web cam. All are hooked up and seem to be properly installed. Now, how do I get the software to take the photograph. I've pushed the space bar and get the little "demo" but no pictures. I've also clicked the mouse and get no response. I purchased, also, a USB button. I have a high school prom on the 5th and as a part of the contract I need to have this working pretty flawlessly.
