Sparkbooth or Windows? Windows is what messed it all up. :-)</p>

Windows 8.1 should run the software, there are many users who have
8.1 and not having any problems.... as I stated, what version do
you currently have and I may be able to suggest which version to
take you back when you did not have these problems. (see the list
on the link I sent with what was added/updated)</p></div>Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/364316372015-03-31T06:08:28Z2015-03-31T06:08:28ZPrinting<div><p>Sparkbooth works wonderfully with Windows, so I know it’s
not an issue with that. I think it’s just that the printer
cannot properly communicate with Sparkbooth when running on Windows
8.1. I don’t know who to go to for a solution.</p></div>lindatag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/364316372015-03-31T06:13:37Z2015-03-31T06:13:37ZPrinting<div><p>Are you using Sparkbooth DSLR?</p></div>Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/364316372015-03-31T06:20:17Z2015-03-31T06:20:17ZPrinting<div><p>If you using Sparkbooth DSLR, try enabling the "Print directly

are there more than 1 printers loaded on that computer?<br>
It is possible the prints are being sent to an IDENTICAL
printer<br>
and you don't know it...</p>
<p>If there is more than 1 printer loaded on the computer,<br>
try deleting ALL of them and only load the actual printer<br>
(connecting it to the same USB always) and see<br>
if that corrects this problem...</p>
<p>You have us all at baffled as to why it is not printing.</p>

new computer and tried it. I have tried it on 4 different computers
all running Windows 8.1 and it doesn’t work. It stopped
working on 3 different computers as soon as they were upgraded to
8.1. For the last show I did, I had to borrow an older computer
that was running Windows 7 and it worked perfectly. I really wish I
knew… I am even looking to buy an older laptop that has not
been updated, but they are hard to find. Ugh! :-)</p>

software<br>
<em>I am even looking to buy an older laptop that has not been
updated,</em></p>
<p>I am 100% sure it is not a Sparkbooth issue, it is your printer
or computer that is causing this problem of not being able to
print. The Sparkbooth software ONLY sends the image to the printer
and from there it is in the printers control.</p></div>Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/364316372015-04-02T22:25:36Z2015-04-02T22:25:36ZPrinting<div><p>thats actually interesting, i had updated one of my computers to

an issue with the printer communicating with Sparkbooth via Windows
8.1. The printer company assures me there is no
issue…ha…ha.</p>
