Image upside down
Hello, I just got your software up and running, but everything is upside down. Is this because i am using your demo version or is that they way it works. Is there any way of changing the pictures and image to show correctly?

The trial version is exactly like the full version except for the watermark
on the photos.
Can you send a screenshot of what you are seeing?

this is what I am seeing. Everything is upside down and no, the camera isn't. I cant seem to find a reason for this or be able to fix. Any help?

I think the quickest way to troubleshoot this would be to hook up a different camera. It can be any cheap POS as long as it shows an image.
What are you using right now?

I am using a Very nice Logitech camera. I will have to see if I have another camera to use and get back to everyone. Ill let you know what I find out, but this sucks because my camera was about $100.00 and I can no longer return it.

There is nothing in the software that would flip the image upside down.
Maybe there is a setting in the software that come with the webcam?

ZChurchZ, no that is not the one. It is an older model I bought about a year ago for my Mac compatible with it. I can't seem to find it anymore so it must've been discontinued. The software works perfect on my Mac, so I guess I'll use it on my Mac because it is cheaper than going up buying a new camera. thanks for all your help guys, I'm almost positive I'm going to buy this I just have a few other problems that I can't seem to fix that I need help on. Those will be a new post. like logo not printing with the pictures.

Nope. Just using it on my Mac instead. Works great on the Mac so I bought it. Thanks again for all your help.
