But the
user will need to log in to each on individually every time and
that is a security thing that the social medias have to keep their
users safe, SB has no control over making it a to not ask each
time. The user can select each social media they want to send to as
long as you have the settings set up correctly for each social
media.</p>
<p>2) there is and option to collect data (Comments) from the users
during each session... you could use that for a survey...</p>
<p>3) There are 2 ways to use the FB uploading and each must be set
up. You can have your FB business to collect the photos and also
the user can send to their own FB. You can change the text for each
of these to server your needs...</p>
<p>NOTE: any and all uploading will be depending on you having a
GOOD internet connection at the location... 2-3MB photos being
uploaded on a Pubic shared connection will be a very slow upload
and cause your users extended wait time for normal photo booth
sessions. It is suggested to use the Kiosk in a separate computer
for all uploading so that the Photo Booth runs as smoothly and
quickly for everyone wanting to get a photo... 90% of the people
using the photo booth will not be uploading... they should not have
to wait 5-10minutes for someone in the booth uploading to every
option you have made available.<br>
This is my 2¢ on this...</p>

<p>Joe Connell - SB Support</p></div>Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/359085952015-01-29T15:23:42Z2015-01-29T15:23:42ZA few questions<div><p>Joe,</p>
<p>Thank you for your reply. Can i ask a few follow up
questions.</p>
<ol>
<li>
<p>I understand they will need to sign in to their FB or Twitter if
they<br>
want to upload. My issue is when I say send to my email, it sends
and then<br>
says Thank You and back to the main photobooth screen for the
next<br>
customer. It is not prompting them back to the sharing screen if
they want<br>
to share on an additional social media platform. So maybe I do not
have<br>
this set up properly? I messed around with the Prompt for another
user<br>
function, but that just prompts for the other mom/kid in the booth
to put<br>
their info in as well, not the same parent to share on a
different<br>
platform. Does that make sense?</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Would I have to personally ask the questions and they put Yes or
No in<br>
the comment field? Or can I set up the comment field to ask the
user the<br>
question and they hit a yes or no button? I do not have the
computer it is<br>
installed on in front of me right now, but I can play more with
this later.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>From playing around with it, it seems like I can change the text
of what<br>
actually gets uploaded, so for instance we can have it say "Having
fun at<br>
the Kids Expo with Above Grade Level" when it posts to Facebook. I
am more<br>
concerned with how it asks them If they want to share the picture
to<br>
Facebook. If you dont know better, the wording when it prompts to
upload<br>
first to the Business FB page just says something generic like,
Would you<br>
like to share this to FB? Although they may want to share it via
FB, they<br>
may not want to share it via the business facebook page. So i
wanted to<br>
change the wording of the question to make it more clear for the
users that<br>
they would be agreeing to put it on our Business FB page.</p>
</li>
</ol>
<p>I apologize if this doesn't make sense over email.</p>

<li>
<p>Do you mean you what to be able to send to multiple social
service in<br>
the same Session? If so, you can enable the upload again prompt. Go
to<br>
Settings > Prompts > enable "Redisplay prompts & sending
for multiple<br>
guests"</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>The comment field is only text</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>If you mean you want to add a caption, Facebook does not allow
prefilled<br>
captions on posts. See<br>

<p>I have attached a PowerPoint presentation with screen shots of
what I am talking about. Hopefully this will help clarify
things.</p>
