However when a guest comes back
and asks for another copy of the print, when we go into the photo
album, look up their picture and print it out, it prints the 4x6
and cuts it in half (as if the layout was a 1x3 duplicate)</p></div>Dave Meltontag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/357477332015-01-11T17:39:57Z2015-01-11T17:39:57Zprinting 4x6<div><p>That is strange/odd... because when you set your PRINTER<br>
to cut/split it should always cut/split the 4X6 to (2) 2X6
...??</p>
<p>I would double check the PRINTER settings and or contact<br>
the web site of the printer and see if there is a setting in the
printer<br>
that would cause it to Split one and not all.</p></div>Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/357477332015-01-11T17:44:52Z2015-01-11T17:44:53Zprinting 4x6<div><p>Exactly Joe - but why does it not cut/split on the original 4x6?
It shouldn't cut it and it doesn't. It is only on the "reprint"
through the photo album that it does that.</p></div>Dave Meltontag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/357477332015-01-11T17:49:06Z2015-01-11T17:49:06Zprinting 4x6<div><p>Yes, that is why I suspect it is the printer...<br>
Because the printer controls the CUT not the SB software</p>
<p>Visit your printer web site and see if they have a way<br>
to ASK why it would CUT sometimes when it is not set to cut...</p></div>Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/357477332015-01-11T19:23:44Z2015-01-11T19:23:44Zprinting 4x6<div><p>Dave what printer are you using</p></div>Jorge Olivatag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/357477332015-01-11T19:38:29Z2015-01-11T19:38:30Zprinting 4x6<div><p>Printer is a Sinfonia CS2</p></div>Dave Meltontag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/357477332015-01-12T00:42:45Z2015-01-12T00:42:45Zprinting 4x6<div><p>I use the CS2 and have experienced something similar but
somewhat different.<br>
If you have connected the CS2 to two different USB ports at
different times, this can cause windows to create 2 instances of
the print driver in your "printers" section of windows. It could be
that one is set for split and one is not set for split and that
Sparkbooth has a pointer connected or saved for some reason to two
different "printers" even though there is really only one.<br>
I would suggest this approach. Closing SB, Turn off the printer and
un-plug the USB cable, Then in windows "printers", delete the
printer, just click once then press the delete key. Reboot Windows,
Connect the USB cable, then turn on the printer power switch.
Windows should then detect the printer again and re-install the
driver. Open Spark Booth, settings for printers, then select the
printer again. Now Test again from inside Sparkbooth.<br>
If this works always connect your printer to the same USB port on
your PC.</p>
