I've been trying out sparkbooth for the past week and i have to say it's by far the best photo booth software that i've found...and i've looked pretty hard :) .. however, the Webcam photos come out pretty grainy. I picked up a Logitech Orbit that supports taking photos up to 8mp. photo's look great when taken from the logitech software but still the same resolution via Sparkbooth.

Is there a way to get Sparkbooth to take a photo the same way that the logitech software takes it, or does it just capture from the video? similarly i seen that you have a beta to use a Canon camera so i would be interested in signing up for that, but would that have the same issue ? (only capturing a pic based on the video feed) ?

I'm most likely going to purchase my copy of sparkbooth tonight but was hoping to get this question answered first... i would hate to have to deal with one of the other DSLR compatible software out there (breezesys, etc.. ) but i want to get pretty nice quality pics)

The private beta takes pictures from the Canon camera, and not the video
