Go to Settings > About [listed at top]
This will help with the second part of your question...

From your example, I would first try to make sure that the
PRINTER settings in your Printer software is set properly
for 4X6 prints CENTERED
OR
You may need to adjust the Pad margins in SB Settings
under Printing for the Top, Right and Left to remove the white
unprinted edges.

Await your reply...

version 4.0.154.

As far as the pad margins go, if I understand correctly if you
add pad margins it will increase the amount of white space and if
you are in the negative for pad margin (for example, -5) there will
be less white margin? Does the pad margin feature solely move the
image for centering purposes or does it also make the image larger
if you have, say, a negative number on each side which would shrink
the white margin?

Thank you!

sethmgrosstag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/326217742014-04-18T21:06:51Z2014-04-18T21:06:51ZImage size and border question

Yes, the Pad Margins help shift the actual photo to fit the
paper
IF your printer software settings are unable to do it properly.
A + / - will do as you described.

With 4.0 you can do so much more and I would be happy to
give you a personal review of all the features.

If you have and use Skype, we could connect and I can
share my screen [no video needed] I have done this for many
people
around the world.
My user name is ccuvideo just send me a Contact Request
and I can add you to the contacts... let me know if you are
interested

I've figured out that the a great way for me to find the
look I'm going for is to do the 1x3 photo layout on top so I can
put a happy birthday on the bottom spot. Looks great and the images
take up most of the width of the strip! Thanks for your help!

sethmgross
