If that
doesn't work, it could be that webcam doesn't work with Adobe
AIR.

Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/132408482012-01-27T23:37:59Z2012-01-27T23:38:00Zwebcam

John, It has the latest drivers. Also it must work with Adobe
AIR because sometimes it opens. Any other advise? We have purchased
to of the sparkbooths so far, and will need more if we can correct
this.

Jim Fletchertag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/132408482012-01-27T23:40:28Z2012-01-27T23:40:28Zwebcam

Sparkbooth isn't doing anything to exclude your webcam. If the
drivers are
good and it appears sometimes, maybe the webcam hardware is
faulty?

Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/132408482012-01-27T23:51:51Z2012-01-27T23:51:53Zwebcam

John,
I don't thinks so, when I open the Logitech program itself the
camera show fine in the logitech window, it does not show in
Sparkbooth. Thank you.

Jim Fletchertag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/132408482012-01-28T00:11:23Z2012-01-28T00:11:23Zwebcam

Could you install and run the attached Adobe AIR application,
and send me
the text it displays? Also point out anything that is different on
that
list than what you see in Sparkbooth's camera settings.

John
