John, We have sparkbooth but when we open it shows the laptop built in webcam and not the logitech 525 we have installed in our booth. Any advise? Jim Fletcher

Do you have a PC or Mac? Also did you try going into Camera Settings (press
    F3)?

It's a windows 7. When I press f3, nothing happens when I open camera settings in the Sparkbooth it shows cyberlink webcam splitter, and an hpwebcam-101. It does not show the logitech 525 I have installed. Sometimes it seem to open and run fine other times Sparkbooth does not seem to aknowledge it.

Try installing the latest drivers for that webcam from Logitech. If that
doesn't work, it could be that webcam doesn't work with Adobe AIR.

John, It has the latest drivers. Also it must work with Adobe AIR because sometimes it opens. Any other advise? We have purchased to of the sparkbooths so far, and will need more if we can correct this.

Sparkbooth isn't doing anything to exclude your webcam. If the drivers are
good and it appears sometimes, maybe the webcam hardware is faulty?

Could you install and run the attached Adobe AIR application, and send me
the text it displays? Also point out anything that is different on that
list than what you see in Sparkbooth's camera settings.
