Sparkbooth WONT LOAD

I have 15 minutes to my event and the program is stuck on loading! I have uninstalled and restarted and reinstalled and restarted. HELP! RUNNING WINDOWS 7

    You can try running the Sparkbooth Reset Setting at the bottom of
    http://sparkbooth.com/download-archive/

    I was at a place with no internet, could this have been the issue? As soon as I got home, it worked perfectly. It was pretty embarrassing!

    Only if it was the first time you ran the software. It only needs an
    internet connection the first time you run it, or if you are trying to
    unlock the software.

    What version were you running? Go to Settings > About.

    I had just updated on Friday, so the newest one. I thought this may be the issue, and I had 3.7 setup file, so when I uninstalled and reinstalled it was 3.7, neither version would load for me.

    You DON'T Uninstall SB to update !!!
    That is why you were required to load your license key
    and YOU MUST HAVE INTERNET CONNECTION to do that

    SUGGESTION for next time
    Always test and check your Sparkbooth PRIOR
    to going to the event while you are at home/work
    and have an internet connection.

    Then if you need to update or reset your settings
    you will have no trouble when you get to the location
    for your event. And note: you do not have to UpDate
    to a newer version when you are at a location,
    it should work fine without the update.

    Updates (in most cases) are minor fixes that are needed
    and should not effect how SB normally works **
    ** except in the case of the Facebook program change
    that we recently had and it did effect uploading to Facebook.
    But every thing else in SB worked completely as normal.
