Video studdering

Hello - I've installed the paid version Sparkbooth on several different computers with several different configurations each (each meeting or exceeding the posted system requirements). I have a Logitech HD Pro C910 webcam and an a ATI X1300 based video card with 256 mb dedicated memory. I've tried all available screen resolutions and all other variables in the Sparkbooth camera settings and cannot get rid of a very distracting problem: any movement of the subject results in bad video "studdering" or jerky motion on the monitor. When I use the webcam with its own software or on other programs (such as Yahoo messenger), I don't have any problems with this. Have you run across this before in Sparkbooth? Any tips?

If you check my email account, you'll see how many different times I've activated Sparkbooth (trying it on different machines and configurations).

Thanks,

John D.

    Hi,

You need to turn down the video size and frame rate. Try changing it to 700
    size, and 15 fps.
