Hi,

I have tried downloading your software onto two different computers, but get the file is unable to download error message on both. Are you having software issues?

We were really hoping to have this for a wedding tomorrow.

Thanks,
Jaime

    Hi,

Download works for me on all my computers. You can try downloading it
directly from http://sparkbooth.com/download/sparkbooth.air. If you have the
Adobe AIR runtime installed (http://get.adobe.com/air), double-click on the
air file after it has downloaded to install.

Thanks for your quick reply. For some reason I cannot locate a .air file in
    the data that was dl'd.

If you downloaded in your web browser, you need to look in the default
download folder set for your web browser.

Right, I've found the zipped file, but within it is assets file (containing
no .air), config (containing no .air), META-INF (containing n.o .air), a
main flash movie, a mimetype file, and read me text. in the META file their
is an AIR folder, but that only has an XML and a hash file...

If you have the Adobe AIR runtime install, you need to double-click it.
Don't open the file. it is the .air file.
