Hi,

I've just bought Sparkbooth software - I'm using a DNP DS40 printer on a 6x4 layout; The entire print is however only on half of the 6x4 photo; the test printer feature does the same (shrink image to half the 6x4 size). Do you have any suggestion how to rectify this?

    Hi,

Sounds like the printer orientation might be wrong. Try going into your
printer setup and change the paper orientation (landscape to portrait, or
    portrait to landscape).

    Hi John,

I've tried both orientations - Protrait & Landscape.  I did notice that when selecting Landscape / portrait in Spark Booth Print setup that the radio button selection & image at the top doesn't correspond, see attached jpg.  I also tried changing the margins, but this doesn't change anything on the print..

    Regards,
    Bianca.

Further to my previous e-mail, I've just printed the saved photo directly from the folder & it prints correct.  I assume that there is a bug in Sparkbooth software... Is there a quick & easy solution for this?

You can try deselecting the "Set print orientation automatically" option.

    Hi John,

I deselected the automatic print selection & selected the Landscape radio button which shows the Portrait forrmat - the print is now fine - Thanks for your help.

    Regards,
    Bianca.
