Good evening, I've tried changing my admin settings. Reinstalling adobe air (3.0). Saving the file someone other than program first then copying it into the adobe file or anywhere in my program files. Nothing seams to be working. I currently run windows 7. I bought my version back when the party booth verison was available. My wedding is comming up in december and would really like to get this taken care of. Please respond at your next availibility. Thank you

This is the link I had referenced in my original question. I tried the
suggested and nothing worked. Any other options?

Did you uninstall Party Booth or any other older versions of the software?
Also check the Program Files folder and delete any left over Party Booth or
Sparkbooth folders, before trying to reinstall.
