Help-No Image using the demo license

I'm evaluating Sparkbooth and so far I can't seem to get the webcam to capture images using Sparkbooth. All I see is a black screen plus the Sparkbooth watermark. The webcam works with other photbooth software that I am also evaluating.

    Try pressing F3 to display the camera settings, and select your webcam. If
    that doesn't work, what type of computer and webcam do you have?

    I have a Toshiba Satellite M305D with the Chicony Web cam built in. The internal web cam is no good so I disabled it and installed an external HP webcam. When I press F3, all I get is the default option on the drop down. It doesn't recognize the externally camera consistently. On a rare occassion, I get an image, but then it freezes.

    If you only get the default webcam option, press F3 to display settings,
    select the Options tab, select Other from the list, and make sure "Use
    Default Camera Only" is unchecked. If it is unchecked, you should see the
    list of webcams in the camera settings.

    You may want to check if the webcam has any updated drivers. There are a lot
    of webcams whose drivers have poor support for Adobe AIR/Flash. I recommend
    using a Logitech webcam like the 9000 or C910.

    It seems that the built in webcam is causing conflicts with the USB HP HD4110. I switched to a newer laptop with Windows 7 and I still get the same issue. I am going to Best Buy and return the HP and buy the Logitech you recommended.
