Logitech Webcam Goes Black
I have a big wedding coming up where I need this program to be in good working condition. I have yet have it work with a printer connected.
When I start the sparkbooth, all is well. It snaps the photos and prints them out. I can do this a few times perfectly fine. I leave it for a while then come back... the webcam has frozen. I'm able to press the button and it goes through all the steps then prints out what the camera has been frozen on, the black wall. I've tried every suggestion on this website. I use a top of the line fast computer, a sony snap lab, a logitech webcam, all big bucks, but can't get this to work one single time.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank You.

Hi,
Did you disable the screensaver and sleep timer for your computer?
Sometimes the webcam will sleep if any of those thing trigger.

Do you have any software installed that comes with the webcam? Try
uninstalling them. Sometimes that type of software kicks in
automatically, and could be taking over the webcam which result in the
blank video.

I've also done that. It is not that is is blank, the camera freezes. My photobooth is black in side so its jut black. but testing it i have it on a photo on the wall then walk in front of the camera and im not there.
appreciate your suggestions.

Sorry, I don't know then.
You might just have a bad webcam. Do you have another webcam you can try?
