New Activation System
Hi. I received the email regarding the new way of activating my
copy of sparkbooth but the system will not accept my license key
saying that it is invalid. I completed the lost key form and
received my email with details and this would not work either,
despite copy and paste. Any suggestions please?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Sounds like you have the Adobe InMarket version installed. You will need to
re-install with the new version of the software. Here are instructions on
using the license key:
