une activation en trop

Bonjour, je viens d'activer la clé du logiciel sparkbooth une fois mais comme le logiciel ne s'ouvrait pas après la première activation, j'ai activé une 2eme fois sur le MEME ordinateur. J'ai donc 2 activations sur 3 de valider. Comment faire pour effacer UNE activation?
Merci de me renseigner.

    Hi,

    If Sparkbooth does not start after activating, please try updating to
    the 2.6.5 which may fix this issue for you.

    You have the option of resetting your activations on the 4th activation, see
