Can't run Sparkbooth after reinstall

Hi John,

I received your email with instructions about downloading and reinstalling Sparkbooth. I've just attempted to do that, the install seemed to work fine but when I try to open Sparkbooth I get the following error:

"Your trial could not be validated. Please check your internet connection and ensure you are running this software as administrator. Then restart this application to try again."

Any help?

    Are you running on Windows 7 or Vista?

    I just attempted this again and it's worked. I'm not sure what happened the first time, I was connected to the internet and everything.
