Hi

We recently purchased your software (2 days ago) and installed it on our 3 machines. The machines have been reformatted today but in reinstalling the sparkbooth software it will not allow us to reinstall because it says our we no longer have any licenses. How do i fix this?

    It should have given you the option to reset your license count. Did
    you press the Buy button after re-installing?
