I received the instructions about loading the software onto a new computer. I have unistalled and followed the directions several times and have never seen an option for "get license." I have always been prompted for payment without ever seeing this option. I have even tried it on the original computer where the program was initiallly downloaded and now have the same issue on that computer and basically am left with no access to the program whatsoever. Thoughts?

You want to press the Buy button and then sign into your Adobe
account. Can you send me a screenshot of what you see after you sign
in? Also include the url in the browser address

Are you sure you purchased Sparkbooth Party Edition, and not regular
Sparkbooth? Try uninstalling Sparkbooth PE from your computer, and
    then install regular Sparkbooth from
and try to activate that version. After you sign into your Adobe
account, it should recognize you already purchased and activate.
