enable buttons

Hi, When i have disabled the buttons how do i enable them again in order to get to the settings.

    You can access the settings by press F1. And then re-enable the
    buttons by unchecking the Hide Buttons setting under the Options tab
    and User Interface list item.

    Hi John, Thanks for the info but when i press the F1 ( I am using a Hp laptop ) it takes me to the hp help and support screen.
    Im sorry to be a nuisance.

    The focus was probably not on the application. Try click on
    Sparkbooth, outside of the video window as not to start the count
    down. And then press F1.
