O have been using SB for some time now,. Finally upgraded my webcam to a brand new Logitech c990 HD.
My booth is set at my place, in a corner, using white fabric to give me a drop down background, so the camera can do the white balance well.
I am using as lighting source a CFL light pointed at the ceiling so the light bounces more softy on people.

Question: Is it better to use the camera at 720 or at 1050?? I ask, because no matter the setting, in the saved folder, I still get 720pixels pictures... At 720pixels, I am getting around 20frames per second, which is alright.. At 1050, the frames drop to 12 or 13.

I still get some pictures with bad lighting.. Can you give me some pointers in this direction?? Maybe another lamp at the other side of the room???

Thanks

Zorza

Whatever gives you the highest frame rate is the best.

My lighting problems are now solved.. Frames are now at 19 or 20 /second, so, that is all good.

Main problem is the printer: I am sing an old inkjet HP printer (not a photo model, just a regular one), and the printing isn't that good.

Will be checking the Kodac 3250 as I have read good things about it..

    Thanks
