<p>Recently we downloaded your software to use at my son's wedding.
It was a huge success and the photo booth we setup was packed all
night. The day after the wedding, we were looking at the photos and
all were fantastic. A week later, I tried getting to the picture
folder and could no longer find it.</p>
<p>I've search my entire computer to no avail. I figured I'll look
at the directory where Sparkbooth is saving the files; it tells me
I need my activation code again. I can't figure it out. The
computer was not used between the day we looked at the photos and
the day I tried to find them again, so they couldn't have been
deleted.</p>
<p>Are the images being held in a hidden folder unless I have my
activation code in place? Help!</p>

<p>If you need to re-activate Sparkbooth, here are
instructions:</p>

<p>There is no activaiton code, you simply click the Buy button and
sign<br>
into your Adobe account.</p>
<p>By default, photos are saved in your sparkbooth folder under
your<br>
Documents folder. There are no hidden folders.</p>
