sparkbooth v.7

Hi, I'm still here with the usual problem with version 7 of the software. I'm preparing everything for the 2024 season and I would like to understand if I can continue working with sparkbooth or if I have to change software. I recorded the screen while I downloaded, installed and started the software so you can see what happens. This happens in every one of my PCs, can you help me please?

    I've just tried to download the latest version 7.1.52 but Nothing new.

    It looks like Spark Booth downloaded normally It is something in your PC blocking it from opening try these steps. do you have antivirus software running? if not on the window search bar type Windows Defender if it's on disable it. then turn your computer completely off wait 20 seconds and turn it back on again click on the spark booth icon on the desktop and tell us what happens

    Plus shut down your computer not restart but shut down then try again

    Try resetting the settings back to default. See

    If you can't open spark booth do this.
    For Windows, open the Sparkbooth folder under the Program Files folder and double-click on the reset.bat file. If you do not see a reset.bat file, update or download the latest update for your version

    Check to see if the following folder exists. If it does delete it,
    C:\Users\<YOUR USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\com.johnwupresents.sparkbooth7

    I've found the folder and deleted it! Now it works!!! Yeah!
    Next days I'll test the software a lot of time and i'll let you know. Thanks so much!
