Hello SparkBooth,

I hope you are well. I have been enjoying the functionality of your app, but I have run into a roadblock. I have an issue relate to the device I bought, the touch screen is malfunctioning, and I have to return it. I was curious what steps I had to take to deactivate this device to return my device activation qty to 3 devices. Is it as simple as "Deactivate Install" in the 'About' Menu? Please let me know what my options are on this. Thanks!

If your going to return the computer we suggest first deactivate the installation then go into your window system and deleting spark booth from that computer. when you get the new computer simply download spark booth and activate it with your license key. currently, we see you have not activated spark booth you show you will have 3 out of 3 activations available. in the future remember you never run out of activations once you use up the activation you can always reset them here. http://help.sparkbooth.com/kb/activating-and-licensing/resetting-ac...
