Printer Offline
I have a Hiti525 , i have been using for 3yrs no issues.
I am currently unable to print due to printer saying offline.?

Open device and printer in the windows search and see if you see your printer listed

yes its listed, thats where it says offline

Is your printer connected to a USB port with cable or is it a wifi connection. If it's with cable on device and printer right click on your printer and set it to default

If it shows Off Line... make sure it is conneced AND TURNED ON

its connected via wire and in the same usb port everytime.
i am on my way home, i will check to make sure its default, but i have never changed it so i would image it is

and also open the settings F1 on printing make sure your printers name show up and you have a check mark on enable printing
