il y a 5 jours j'ai entrer la clé pour mon pc ceci était la dernière sur les 3 ..hier j'ai voulu metrre a jour et l'appli a buger impossible de faire retour j'ai eteint mon pc et en le redémarrant plus rien plus l'appli on me donne accès uniquement a la période de 30 jours d'essai!! alors que j'ai rentrer ma clé il y a une semaine ! pouvez vous me dire comment faire et résouble le problème Merci

You have a Sparkbooth DSLR 7 license with all the Activations used.
This is why when you downloaded the software for the 4th time
it went into the TRIAL mode because you did not have an Activation
to Activate the 4th computer.
If you want this computer to use with the software,
you will need to Deactivate one of the other computers
in Settings > About page "Deactivate this install" with
the computer online to release the Activation you used and
be able to use the Activation in the 4th computer...
or you can RESET the Activations that will deactivate
all of your Activations and then Activate the 3 computers
you want to use the software in.

Hi Joe, thanks for your reply, I tried the manipulation on the software, but unfortunately it did not work because I am in 'demo' version.
The software that has the consumed license is the same as the one in demo because I received a message asking me to update the software since, impossible to come back on the full version.
Could you unlock the license remotely for me?
Here is my computer's name : DESKTOP-KP45VUT

No, I can not unlock your 4th install because
you only have 3 Activations with your license and
you have already used/Activated 3 computers.
YOU need to either Deactivate one of the computers
to Release the Activation to be used in this 4th computer
- or RESET your Activations to deactivate all of them and
then Activate the 3 computers you want to use.
