Greenscreen
Sparkbooth has been working fine, but kn ow I can not get the green screen option to work. Any ideas? I have went to settings>Photo Booth>Green Screen Background and loaded a background for Photo 1, 2, 3 and 4. Mirror is checked for all 4 (they are the same background)
The background changes but green screen is not working when taking a picture.

Well, you bought the software back on Nov 9 and 11 and did 72 sessions and 11 uploads by saying green screen is the only reason you bought the software for is far fetch. if that was true then you shouldn't have 72 sessions and 11 uploads. now why its not working for you and its working for 1000's of users I don't know we keep saying that testing on a desk computer will not cut the cake. I can tell you from 15 years of photo booth experience in my own business green screen works for me. my suggestion keep testing.

There is no reason to be argumentative. What I said is that the green screen is the main reason we purchased it – not the only reason. Because Sparkbooth could do Green Screen was a deciding factor in choosing your product.
Regardless, we just need the green screen to work. I have taken your advice and spend $150 more on a Logitech Brio, even though my camera is still listed on the recommended equipment list on your website.
What is showing on the photos that were attached is that it is very pixelated. On a poorly lit/uneven green screen it will not pixelate, it will just remove too much or not enough of the green. It may have a shadow, but pixelation is not something that I have ever seen.
I realize you are the expert, but sometimes your end users have some experience as well of would just like a little help instead of your response.
(FYI, I do not understand “I don't know we keep saying that testing on a desk computer will not cut the cake.” from your response)
Since it works for you, what equipment are you using?
Does it work for you with a webcam?

As Jorge stated before **the only camera that we find that works well
with a green screen is the C922 or the Brio*
Jorge does Green Screen a lot and he uses the Logitech C922
webcam. His photos are crispt and clean as his examples have shown.
The Brio should provide the same or better results as the c922.
It just takes a lot of set up to get it right and there is no
set numbers for green screen to work. Each location will have different
ambient lighting that effects the process and you have to adjust to compensate
for other lighting in the room. AND, when the lighting in the room changes,
so will the green screen photos due to light changes.
RE: (FYI, I do not understand “I don't know we keep saying that testing on a desk computer will not cut the cake.” from your response)
Jorge had the impression that you are testing on a desktop set up
and not in the actual location of the green screen
- due to the photos you attached where you are holding up the green screen.
I wish there was a simple answer to doing green screen...
but it is a head ache setting up for every event due to
all the adjustments needed to get it set perfect.
...and then someone in the room turns off a few lights and
you have to RE-Adust the setting "again" to make up for it.
There IS a green screen alternative, using an online service
like Remove.bg - that cost per photo AND you must have
an internet connection - AND it is NOT perfect either.
https://www.remove.bg/
No green screen required. I tested it and was not impressed.
See example attached (Org - Remove.BG)

For better results, I would increase the size and frame rate as high as
possible too. But green screen is very CPU intensive so it would be better
on a more powerful computer. The recommended CPU is the bare minimum
